It's time for Pumpkin Pie!

Easy Vegan Pumpkin Pie

1 1/2 cups soymilk
4 tblsp cornstarch
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin (with spices)
2 pre-made 9 inch pie crusts


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Mix soymilk and cornstarch. Then add pumpkin.

Place pumpkin mixture in crust and bake for 15 minutes.

Then bake for an additional 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.

Cool and Enjoy!
